Yes, a nice radiator…
The humble radiator… so functional, so essential… but not always particularly attractive. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Radiators can be beautiful objects too! As a plumber’s daughter, to me, a nice cast iron radiator with a good-old copper pipe connection is a thing of beauty that can be a focal point if done right. There are so many beautiful radiators available to buy and there’s something for every budget.

Cast iron radiators now fetch a pretty penny on auction sites and the reclaim companies have cottoned on to our new found love for them. A nice radiator can change the feel of the room. Stripping out the boring conventional 1990’s radiator and installing a cast iron one, or even a nice modern bar radiator, can make an instant impact to your room.
