Beautifully dark walls
We love dark walls – it was one of the first trends that Sally and I obsessed about together. We’ve looked at the theme on Instagram so many time and we’re doing it again today as we come up to Halloween this week.
I think the reason we love dark walls so much is the wonderful dramatic effect that can be created. It works across styles – it doesn’t have to be eclectic or boho – anything can work. In a small space dark walls can make the boundaries of the room disappear, making it feel bigger. In a large room it can create a cosy feel.
Dark doesn’t have to mean black either, they can be dark colours such as blue, red, green and even brown! Here are some of our favourite inspiration pics for dark walls.
